Change Implementation Lead

Salary: £61,000 - £66,000

Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in the office

Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and helping organisations adapt to new ways of working? We're looking for an experienced Change Implementation Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we deliver transformation across our portfolio of initiatives.

What you'll do
  • Lead and influence: Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are delivered effectively and sustainably.
  • Design and deliver: Create clear implementation strategies, impact assessments, training approaches, and readiness plans.
  • Coach and empower: Support business leaders and teams to build their change capability and embed new ways of working.
  • Collaborate widely: Work across multiple projects, sharing best practices and contributing to our change community of practice.
  • Drive results: Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption of change.
