Main duties of the job
  • Chair the bi-monthly meeting of the Joint Partnership Board and other public engagement events where appropriate.
  • Ensure meetings are planned and run effectively, agenda items are prioritised, and time is allocated appropriately to each item.
  • Ensure that all JPB members are given the opportunity to express their views and that decisions are taken, recorded and compliant with the JPB Principles of Participation.
  • Review and request amendments to the minutes of the meetings and other paperwork as required.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resources and Administration Manager as needed.
  • Stipend: £3,000 a year; voluntary position, stipend paid including reasonable expenses.
