We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Student Services Assistant to join our team at the Stockwell Centre. This is a vital front‑line role, providing excellent support to students, staff, and partners. You will be the first point of contact for learners, many of whom have limited English proficiency and additional support needs. The role requires excellent customer service, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide front‑line student support, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Manage reception duties, including weekday evenings and Saturdays (time off in lieu will be provided).
  • Support enrolment, recruitment, and marketing activities.
  • Provide administrative support for course delivery and centre operations.
  • Assist with IT troubleshooting and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate events and support community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day running of the Centre, including responding to operational requests.
