Job description

We are looking for a CCTV Technical Specialist to join our centralised CCTV team. Reporting to the Group Head of CCTV, you will work within a highly skilled and collaborative team, ensuring the quality and accuracy of CCTV data captured by our site teams. If you're tech-savvy, eager to learn, and enjoy problem-solving in a dynamic role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyse CCTV footage to identify defects, structural issues, and imperfections within pipes.
  • Code footage according to the Sewer Condition Classification (SCC) system to ensure accurate reporting and classification of issues.
  • Update and maintain records in Excel, ensuring the accurate tracking of work progress and completion.
  • Upload and update survey results in Map16 and Wincan, ensuring all findings are accurately mapped and reported.
  • Work closely with depot managers and teams to resolve any survey-specific issues and provide guidance on survey findings.
  • Liaise with teams to clarify any ambiguities or queries about the work completed and ensure the highest quality of survey data.
