Job Overview

• Maintain a professional customer and staff relationship
• Ensure the delivery of a professional service at all times
• Responsibility for cash handling, stock control and stock taking
• Ensure kitchen and customer areas are clean at all times
• Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food to the required standards
• Ensure compliance with all company administration and monitoring procedures:
• Recording of food temperatures
• Delivery records
• Recording of fridge and freezer temperatures
• Food storage and labelling in accordance with guidelines
• Daily administration of bookwork including Food Safety Diaries and allergen management including Natasha's law
• Minimum Level 2 Hygiene certificate and Level 2 Food Safety certificate
• Knowledge of food production methods
• Experience in a fast paced catering or hospitality environment
• Ability to organise and prioritise daily workload
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and remain calm within a fast paced environment

Package Description

• £12.50 per hour
• Contracted hours available per week:
• Days: 18 hours working any 3 out of 7 days (Between the hours of 8am-8.30pm)
• Based in our Liverpool Head Office
