Overview

As Catering Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day management of the kitchen including preparation, cooking, service and performing clerical duties via a digital management system.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day to day running of the kitchen, including preparation, cooking, service and clerical duties via a digital management system.
  • Ensure health and safety and food hygiene regulations are followed at all times.
  • Demonstrate an attitude appropriate to the school environment to help create positive lunchtime experiences for students.

Qualifications
