Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Training or experience in a similar kitchen environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen complying with hygiene regulations.
• Serve meals from breakfast to evening to participants.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and serving areas.
• Receipt and storage of food supply deliveries.
• Prepare refreshments for client visits and staff meetings.
• Ensure stock control and rotation.
• Enter menus into IT system.
