Job description

We are now looking for a Catering Manager (Maternity Cover) for a minimum of 9 months with possible extension to help us develop all our foody dreams and feed our visitors.

This is a unique role for a catering or hospitality professional looking for a position that allows for stable working hours (40 hours per week) without late night work.

The successful candidate will manage all the catering operations in the park; bringing creativity, strong leadership and commercial experience to BeWILDerwood. You will be responsible for delivering a delicious food offering, driving the business forward and creating the ultimate guest experience for our visitors.

This hands on, proactive role requires a proven track record in high volume catering over multiple units, an experience of budgeting. Strong people management skills, with the ability to support and develop the team are key. The catering manager will head up the catering team of seasonal staff and supervisors taking overall responsibility for the various successes of the department.
