  • Take full accountability for Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance and financial performance
  • Manage budgets, costs, and commercial targets, using data to make informed, strategic decisions
  • Build strong client relationships, attending client meetings and producing monthly reporting packs
  • Maintain high standards across food quality, service delivery, and customer experience
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in contract catering is highly desirable

  • Commercially and strategically minded, with the ability to analyse data and drive improvements
