Overview

As a Catering Assistant, you will support the team in basic food preparation and provide excellent service to both students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Working on the tills during service (full training will be provided)
• Cleaning duties within the kitchen
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance is met
• Providing a friendly and polite customer service for all

We need someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools, along with the following skills and experience:

Skills & experience

• Previous catering experience
• You\'ve worked as part of a team before in a fast-paced environment
• You have your Food Hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)
• You have basic knowledge of health and safety practices

Role details

• 25 hours per week, with no late nights
• Working 38 weeks per year based around term time
• £12.21 per hour
• Monday to Friday during school term time, meaning more time with friends and family and no working at Christmas
