Job description
Overview

You will report to the Catering Services Manager who is responsible for the four Country Park café sites.

The role available is for contracted hours every Sunday. Shifts will vary between 9am to 5.30pm on a scheduled basis, adjusting seasonally.

Requirements

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.

You will be expected to hold a Level 2 Hygiene certificate.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in catering. The individual needs to be organised with strong customer service skills to ensure that visitors to the parks receive a quality café experience.
