A leading health organization in Wales is seeking a Catering Assistant to support food preparation and maintain hygiene standards in a busy kitchen. Successful candidates will have a Certificate in Basic Food Hygiene and experience in a commercial kitchen. We are seeking a Catering Assistant to support the Central Production Unit (CPU) in delivering and assisting with the preparation, processing, chilling or freezing of raw materials in accordance with strict procedures, using sophisticated high‑volume cooking and chilling/freezing equipment.
Welsh Skills Desirable: The role is advertised as Welsh Desirable; speaking & listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above are an advantage, though not essential.
Experience not required to be Welsh; a level 3 proficiency suffices for short‑listing.
