A leading educational staffing agency in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to support young children from 6 weeks to 5 years in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Children's Care and at least one year of experience in an Early Years setting. Responsibilities include creating a calm atmosphere and assisting with daily routines. This position offers competitive pay and ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to work across a range of nurseries in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated early years professionals who are committed to providing high‑quality childcare and creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments.
You will support children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, helping to create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and develop independently.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
