We are actively looking for English and Maths coaches for our Amersham, Aylesbury and Wycombe Campus on a Casual Hours contract. Unleash your potential in an environment where you'll play an integral role in sculpting our students' academic success., As an English and Maths Coach, you will be an integral part of our team, offering support in bridging the gap between English and Maths and vocational areas. Your role will include:

Responsibilities
  • Leading groups of students in project-based learning sessions, designed to bridge the gap between their English and Maths GCSE lessons and their vocational learning.
  • Conducting targeted sessions for identified students to enhance progress in English and Mathematics
  • Offering cover support when necessary.
  • Engaging in Level 3 teacher training with the potential to transition to a teaching role.
  • Assisting in tracking student attendance and addressing root causes.
  • Contributing to open days as needed.
  • Setting specific targets for English and Mathematics with individual students.
