A leading live entertainment company in Birmingham is seeking a Casual Duty Manager to lead and motivate the front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer-facing teams and skills in food and beverage or hospitality. This role is responsible for leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team on shift, dealing with any feedback from patrons, and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading customer‑facing teams, with experience in food and beverage, catering or hospitality management and delivery, and the ability to embed high standards while developing new business opportunities. This is an ideal position if you are looking for a new challenge in a busy, dynamic, and developing venue.
