A leading wealth management firm in London seeks a CASS Administrator to join their Operations team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for completing cash and stock reconciliations, assisting team members, and maintaining accurate records. The CASS Administrator forms part of an eight strong CASS Team, which in turn is one of thirteen teams that forms part of Quilter Cheviot Operations. Operations support investment management businesses in the UK, Ireland and Jersey with a primary objective to deliver good customer outcomes via the efficient, accurate and timely processing of the administrative tasks they oversee within the risk appetite of the business.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
It would be expected that after 90 days within the role that you would be able to perform the basic cash and stock reconciliations independently. With continued on-the-job training, the successful candidate could progress to the more complex reconciliations that need to be performed.
