Role Overview

The CASC Operations Manager is a pivotal role created to support the growing demand for places at the CASC examination. The post holder will be responsible for the operational delivery of the MRCPsych CASC exam, both in the UK and internationally. This role will work closely with the CASC Development Manager and Head of Examinations to plan and manage all CASC diets, oversee examiner recruitment and training, and coordinate venues, logistics, and resources. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to thrive under pressure to play a key part in shaping the future of CASC delivery.
