Carpenter / Site Manager required

MadiganGill are currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client for a Carpentry Site Manager for permanent role based out of the Staffordshire area.

Working for a family business that has been operating successfully for over 30 years and specialises in office design & fitouts for loyal repeat customers along with new businesses.

A great opportunity exists for an experience Carpenter to take the next step in their management career. Whilst the company operates nationwide, majority of works are with 1-2 hours max of Staffordshire.

Responsibilities
  • Carpentry & associated works including interpreting drawings, instructions specifications to a high level of quality whilst maintaining client values.
  • Supervise all site workers - Agree work schedule, sorting disputes, communicating works to be carried out in a professional manner.
  • Communication - Liaise between client & customer with feedback and updating on schedule of works.
  • H&S - Ensuring site in compliant with HSE standards & regulations.
Skills
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry
  • Proven track record of professional high quality standard of work
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Reliable, Resilient & Team player
  • CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid (this can be provided if needed)
Package
