Job description

The City and Guilds of London Art School in Kennington (just a short walk from the underground) is looking for a part‑time caretaker to join its Site Team. The Art School is a small friendly higher education institution offering degree and other courses in Fine Art, Stone and Wood Carving and in Conservation. Its premises comprise a mixture of buildings housing studios, workshops, offices and support areas. The Caretaker is required to undertake a range of cleaning, security and maintenance duties for 4 hours a day in the early evening.
