Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Carer/Support Worker to work in a six bedded residential home situated near the market town of Newcastle Emlyn, catering for adults with mixed abilities who display behaviour that challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the provision of residents' life, home and social skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living, animals husbandry, gardening, small holding and household activities.
• Liaise with all members of the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Post is full time or part time and consists of shift work, including nights and weekends.
• DBS and identity check is required.
• Previous experience is not essential as training is given.
