We’re looking for a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, customer-centred experiences and thrives on turning complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. You will support and lead the research and design process on focused projects, ensuring that every solution aligns with our design principles and standards. You’ll apply user-centred design thinking, craft thoughtful interactions and visuals, and validate ideas through research and usability testing. As a collaborative team player, you’ll contribute to a positive and curious environment where ideas are shared openly, and design decisions are communicated clearly across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the customer voice — support building research plans and customer engagement to define the problem space.

  • Develop wireframes, mid-fi and hi-fi designs.

A passionate, motivated individual who has an interest in educational products and services. You must have strong time and project management skills and be able to communicate and present clearly and effectively.
