A community-focused care provider in York seeks a Care Team Senior to lead and support the care team in delivering exceptional domiciliary care. The ideal candidate has a strong care delivery background, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of compliance. £15.98 per hour
Please note that we conduct an annual cost of living review every January and therefore the pay rate may change in line with the Real Living Wage increase for 2026.

Hartrigg Oaks is a continuing care retirement community enabling people aged 60 plus to remain independent and live life to the full. The genuine sense of community and togetherness felt among our staff here is what makes it such a great place to work.
The role of Care Team Senior is to provide relationship centred leadership and direction to the care and ancillary team as a shift leader. You’ll also ensure a safe, effective, caring and well led service to our residents and their families.
