Collaborating closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll oversee shifts, manage staff assignments, conduct medication procedures, carry out care assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your dynamic leadership will uplift the spirits and well‑being of our residents while fostering a culture of success within our care team.

Bloomfield Court in Tipton is home to well‑trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 47 residents. We provide 24‑hour care and specialised services for elderly people, beautiful grounds, quality catering and engaging activities.
