A family-run care home provider in Cambridge is seeking a Team Leader to oversee and support the care team in delivering high-quality care. This role involves leading the team, managing clinical duties, and ensuring exceptional care standards. Ideal candidates should have a passion for care, strong leadership skills, and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. As a Team Leader at Langdon House Care Home, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting our care team who are passionate about delivering making moments for our residents and delivering high quality care.
Langdon House is an exceptional residential care home in Cambridge. At Langdon House we pride ourselves on our family-feel, attractive gardens and providing outstanding care to each of our residents. We’re based in a quiet nook in Chesterton on the north eastern side of Cambridge, three miles from the city centre. Our home offers fantastic 24-hour care to up to 51 residents.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key part with care delivery in the home. Our Team Leader supports us to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas of the home.

Development from this role can take you onto CHAPS or nursing positions, and we offer fully funded apprenticeships to help you achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. However, if the traditional qualifications aren\u2019t for you, or you have a specific interest, we have a variety of other options to support your career journey.
£15.30 per hour.
0-hour contract. Up to full-time hours available with 12-hour shifts, plus handover time, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
