Overview

Marjorie House Residential Home, Poole, BH14 8LT. Pay rate: Up to £15.35 per hour. Full-time or Part-time hours (to include alternate weekend working). Join Care South at Marjorie House, a brand-new team in a 50 bed specialist dementia and residential care home in Lilliput, Poole. Our purpose-built Art Deco building has stunning views over Poole Harbour. You’ll be able to support our residents in a safe and caring environment where they can live their lives as if in the comfort of their own home.

What you will be doing
  • Plan and manage the delivery of quality care to our residents – working alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants.
  • Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift.
  • Administration of medication to residents.
  • Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families.
  • Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards and in line with Care South policies.

You’ll have completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
