A nationwide care provider is seeking a Care Team Leader in Kilmarnock to oversee the day-to-day needs of residents and ensure high-quality personalized care. Responsibilities include supporting Care Assistants, fostering a positive team environment, and organizing leisure activities. Candidates must have experience in care, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach towards older individuals. 33 hours per week – to work across day and night shifts

As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day‑to‑day needs of our residents, showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like‑minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development.
