Current Vacancies:

Contracted Hours (Over a 2-week rotating schedule):

  • Full time 07.00-14.00 & 16.00-22.00 (Over a 2-week rota: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; followed by Wed, Thu, Fri)
  • Part-time contracted 09.00-15.00 (Over a 2-week rota: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; followed by Wed, Thu, Fri)
  • Part-time contracted 07.00-14.00 (Over a 2-week rota: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; followed by Wed, Thu, Fri)
  • Part-time contracted 16.00-22.00 (Over a 2-week rota: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; followed by Wed, Thu, Fri)

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Role Overview – What You’ll Do:

As a Care Support Worker at LQCS, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs – directly in the comfort of their own home.

  • Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, shaving, dental care)
  • Supporting with and administering medication as per care plans
  • Helping with meal preparation, hydration, and monitoring nutrition intake
  • Carrying out safe moving and handling practices
  • Light domestic tasks (e.g. washing dishes, changing linen, emptying bins)
  • Providing companionship and stimulating conversation
  • Promoting client independence and encouraging participation in daily activities
  • Recording care tasks using the CareBerry App
  • Raising any safeguarding concerns promptly according to LQCS procedures
  • Following company policies and staying within the boundaries of your role

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • A commitment to upholding high standards of care
  • Experience in care is welcomed but not essential – full training provided
