Kelvin Care is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. We provide high-quality, person-centred care to people living in their own homes, ensuring they receive the support they need to live comfortably and independently.

What You’ll Do
  • Support individuals with personal care, moving & handling, medication, meal preparation, household tasks such as paying bills and light housework.
  • Support individuals to be involved in the local community and promote independence.
  • Support with making and attending appointments.
  • Communicate with health & social care professionals.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided.
  • Communicate effectively with families.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
