A leading care organization is seeking a Care and Support Manager in Peacehaven to lead a team providing support for adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities. You will promote and manage a needs-led service for adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and complex needs. Leading a dedicated care and support team, you will aspire to deliver outstanding care by adopting a person‑centred approach that supports self‑awareness, personal growth, and ensures each person we support the strongest voice in decision‑making and lifestyle choices. Your leadership will ensure that people feel safe and supported both at home and within their community.
