Care and Support Broker roles are mainly office based with occasional travel and work during standard office working hours on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. You may have a background in health or social care already or you might have really good transferable skills from other sectors. As this position is within the Mental Health CPST team, prior experience supporting individuals with their mental health needs is highly desirable. We are looking for someone to join our dedicated team, providing support to our customers to access appropriate care and support services. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills to work in partnership with a range of different services and customers to support teams in navigating changing demands and ensure the best support is provided.
