• Minimum qualification in Dementia, mental health, or RMN.
• Management qualification at Level 5 or working towards it.
• Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of high-quality person-centred care.
• Oversee staffing levels to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain records compliant with Information Governance.

Skills

Management or supervisory role within care home

Specialist skills and experience in dementia / mental health

People management skills including best practice in recruitment

Strong decision making and problem solving skills

Good level of IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Education

Qualification in Dementia or Registered Mental Health Nurse

Management qualification or Diploma Level 5 in health care

Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care

Educated to degree level or equivalent
