Care Manager Role

As our Care Manager, you\'ll be working with the Registered Manager at the heart of the service, leading and managing operations to ensure the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated care team.
  • Driving business growth through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining at least a “Good” rating.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and operational efficiencies.
  • Recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier care staff.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes for service excellence.
  • Building strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
  • On-call duties (1 in 4), with online access to rotas and care plans.
What Care Manager Looks For
  • Proven experience as a Care Manager or Deputy Manager or Senior Care Assistant in domiciliary care.
  • Strong leadership & people management skills with a track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
  • Passion for care and delivering positive client outcomes.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
  • Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.
