Qualifications

• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)
• Intermediate Food / Hygiene Certificate preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience of Food Preparation for the relevant Client group preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals as required.
• Liaise with the Home Manager when planning/costing menus.
• Maintain accurate records of food supplies and temperatures.
• Interview for new Staff Members as required.
