A local government authority in Stafford is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the Care Home Contracts Team. You will oversee the management of contracts for residential care homes, ensuring compliance and fostering effective relationships with care providers. The successful candidate should hold a degree or relevant professional qualification, have experience in contract management within health or social care, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. The role offers flexibility with hybrid working options.
As part of the Council’s Commercial function, you’ll lead a small team of Contract Managers and Contract Officers. The team oversees the management of contracts for 850+ residential and nursing care homes, which in turn deliver Council funded care services to over 3600 adults.
