Overview

The role of Residential Community Lead will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision. Across everything you do, you'll be a role model for your team and someone our residents and their families can trust to provide a safe, reassuring and happy environment. Take responsibility for pro-actively managing the unit. Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning. Monitor the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day. Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.

  • Shift pattern: 45 hours per week, 12-hour shifts on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
