Are you a natural leader with a passion for developing people and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a Care Coordinator Team Manager to join the team and support with leading our coordination team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

  • Lead and manage a team of Care Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high standards.
  • Provide coaching and support through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and development plans.
  • Guide the team through complex scheduling, compliance, and recruitment-matching challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement in rota efficiency, financial accuracy, and system use.
  • Act as a senior point of escalation and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation.

What you’ll bring

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in team management with care coordination or experience within operational roles in health/social care.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, billing, and rota logistics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Confident using care management systems (e.g., One Touch) and Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own transport.

Desirable extras

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care, Management, or related field.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching teams.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and complex care delivery.
