What You’ll Be Doing

• Build the dream rota that keeps our care workers and clients smiling
• Chat with clients and families to make sure they feel fully supported
• Juggle calls, emails and last‑minute changes like an absolute pro
• Help welcome new care staff into our team
• Work closely with the branch team to keep everything compliant and quality‑focused
• Be part of an on‑call rota (don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re fully supported!)
