Location: Preston
Salary: £30-31k + on-call allowance
Contract: Full-time Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do
- Oversee a team of support workers in our supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
- Manage rotas, liaise with families and professionals, and provide on-call support as needed.
- Lead and organise the team to deliver safe, responsive, and empowering care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of supported living services
- Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and mentorship
- Ensure care plans are up-to-date and person-centred
- Maintain accurate records and monitor quality standards
- Take on on-call duties to provide guidance and support out-of-hours
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities
