As a Care Coordinator in our Complex Care division, you will:
Responsibilities
- Lead with purpose: Manage your own clients in a geographic area covering shift requests.
- Collaborate effectively: Work closely with clients, nurses, carers and colleagues to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
- Deliver excellence: Ensure shift requirements are met with compassion, safety, and professionalism, providing the highest level of customer service.
- Innovate and improve: Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and management of clients’ care packages and wellbeing support, including up to 6 face-to-face counselling sessions.
- We have an in-house Wellbeing team to support you.
- 24/7 live chat and video calls with trained counsellors, and free financial and legal advice.
- Two Volunteer Days per year to support local charities and initiatives.

Requirements
- Prior experience in a coordination, bookings or scheduling role, preferably within healthcare or complex care services.
- Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office / Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and legal requirements, including safeguarding protocols.

Job Details
This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week plus additional hours according to the needs of the business. The starting salary is £26,667, rising to £30,000 after successfully completing probation. The hours of work are 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with participation in for Superior Healthcare\'s out-of-hours on-call service rota.
