A leading care service provider in the UK is looking for a Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care delivery and ensuring that Care Workers are effectively matched to Clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in a Domiciliary Care Agency and knowledge of compliance regulations. Qualifications

  • Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

Overview

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating care delivery and ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care required, with consideration of proximity where possible.

Qualifications
  • Ideally two years experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
  • Motivated to deliver first class care
  • Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
  • Ideally experience in conducting care assessments, care reviews and in motivating care staff.
  • Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
  • Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
  • Registered with the SSSC (Scottish branches)
