Responsibilities
- Coordinating schedules, preparing rotas and communicating with staff, clients and their families.
- Ensuring care workers provide the quality of care that meets the company\'s standards.
- Day-to-day management of care packages and working closely with team members to address service user and carer concerns effectively.
- Engage in business development to foster the company\'s commercial growth.
- Mentoring and supporting Care Workers.
- Stay informed about community resources and services that can benefit clients.
- Processing new client referrals.
- Monitoring of care visits, logging in and out times.
- Be part of the emergency On Call.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a care coordinator.
- Must have a level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with administration experience.
