Responsibilities
  • Coordinating schedules, preparing rotas and communicating with staff, clients and their families.
  • Ensuring care workers provide the quality of care that meets the company\'s standards.
  • Day-to-day management of care packages and working closely with team members to address service user and carer concerns effectively.
  • Engage in business development to foster the company\'s commercial growth.
  • Mentoring and supporting Care Workers.
  • Stay informed about community resources and services that can benefit clients.
  • Processing new client referrals.
  • Monitoring of care visits, logging in and out times.
  • Be part of the emergency On Call.
Experience and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a care coordinator.
  • Must have a level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with administration experience.
