Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per year

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

We're seeking a Care Coordinator to join a respected care provider in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, proactive and passionate about supporting clients and clinicians. The role will be office‑based for the first six months, with the potential to move into a hybrid arrangement.

  • Full UK driving licence.
