A leading NHS Trust in Wolverhampton is seeking a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse to provide managerial leadership within the Care Coordination team. The successful candidate will be responsible for remote triage to support patients, alongside conducting face-to-face assessments when necessary. This role requires experience in telephone consultation and confidence in using digital applications. Opportunities for professional development are encouraged.

In addition to the above, as a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse within the Care Coordination you will be required to provide managerial leadership support to the team, support staff in their development and lead with service innovation. Experience and confidence in utilising computers and web-based applications is essential.
