Job Title – CARE ASSISTANT - Nights

Hourly Rate: £13.13 - £13.52+ benefits

Permanent/ Full-time– 34.5 hours a week

Our Halliwell Home is situated on the outskirts of the charming town, Tunbridge Wells. Providing residential and nursing care to the highest of standards in a beautiful, homely environment.

About the Role

We have a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for our residents. As a Job Title joining our large, diverse team who are proud of the difference we make to our residents you will:

  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
  • Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of our residents through talking to them, taking them out, engaging with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
  • Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary
  • Ensure residents physical environment meets their needs.

You will meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

Prior experience is desirable but not needed, as we will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
