Overview
Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities, ensuring comfort, dignity and independence at all times.
  • Recognise and report clinical risks or concerns (e.g., weight loss, pressure areas, falls, infections) in a timely manner.
  • Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
  • Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
  • Contribute to continuity of services by delivering high standards of personal care and supporting the care team.
