Qualifications

  • Full training provided, relevant experience preferred but not required.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to care homes.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
  • Encourage independence and dignity in residents.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
  • Contribute to personalized care plans for residents.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
