As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in our residents' day‑to‑day lives, providing emotional and physical support while assisting with personal care, mealtimes, leisure activities, and more. We ask that you treat our residents as an extension of your own family, showing the same kindness, dignity, and compassion you would give to your loved ones. Training & Support

You will be given a thorough induction into your role via one of our experienced mentors, while receiving both online and face‑to‑face training during this time and throughout your career at Adept Care. Our Training Manager and Dementia Manager are happy to arrange or support any additional training you may need to ensure you are supported in reaching your full potential while fulfilling your career ambitions. All our homes are now registered for the Concert for Carers Scheme, where you can enter ballots to win free tickets to events such as comedy shows and music gigs.

Compensation and Working Hours
  • £12.36 per hour
  • Evening shifts: 16:00 – 21:00 or 17:00 – 22:00
  • 15 – 20 hours a week
  • 5.6 weeks holidays
