Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own homes. This is a meaningful 1:1 role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

Clinical Requirements
  • Oxygen saturation monitoring
  • Suctioning
  • Airway management
  • Cough assist
  • Ventilation support
  • PEG/JEJ management
  • Epilepsy management
  • Moving and handling
  • Personal care
  • Medication support

Full specialist training and competency sign‑off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available
  • Weekend day shifts
  • Weekend night shifts
  • 12‑hour shift or shorter calls
  • Driver requirements if applicable
  • Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)
What the Role Involves
  • Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client's home
  • Supporting with community access and social activities
  • Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
  • Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
  • Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

Experience & Skills
  • Experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‑centred values
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
