Overview

Care Assistant (Bank) required; experience is preferred, with flexibility and appropriate qualifications and a view to progression. Shifts are either 08:00-14:00 or 16:00-22:00. Uniforms and meals are provided. This role is based in the high-quality care environment of Tregolls Manor Care Home and offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team caring for residents.

Care is provided for up to 25 residents within a supportive team. You will report to the Head of Care and play a key part in delivering compassionate support to residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities for residents and support their well-being.
  • Implement and follow care plans under the guidance of the Head of Care.
  • Document residents’ needs and progress accurately; use core communication and IT skills to connect with clients.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care in a respectful and compassionate manner.
  • Support care delivery for up to 25 residents as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience preferred; flexibility and appropriate qualifications with a view to progression.
  • Strong communication and IT skills; familiarity with care environments is beneficial.
  • Willingness to join a dedicated team and contribute to quality resident care.
