As a care assistant, you'll play a crucial role on our team, providing kind and supportive care to our residents. Your main responsibilities will include a wide range of daily activities such as support at meal times, and helping them with their personal care and hygiene needs, such as bathing and grooming. You will also connect with residents on a personal level, sharing in their hobbies and interests, assisting with activities like cooking, baking, gardening, and accompanying residents on outings to local attractions or events. You'll provide companionship and support throughout the day, ensuring residents feel safe and comfortable.
